Terms of Service

Last updated 5 November 2026

Translations are provided for convenience. If there is any conflict, the English version prevails.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and CRAVA PTE. LTD. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Singapore, for the mobile game PuppyKitchen (the “App” or the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or playing the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance and who we are

These Terms apply to the App on Google Play, the Apple App Store, and any other store we distribute it through. If you use the App, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the App for someone else, or on a shared device, you are responsible for that use.

The store’s own terms (including the Google Play Terms of Service and the Apple Media Services Terms) also apply to the download and to payments. If a store term conflicts with these Terms on a store-specific matter such as billing, the store term controls that matter. These Terms govern the relationship between you and CRAVA.

2. The service

PuppyKitchen is a free-to-play idle cooking game. You can play without paying. We may offer optional in-app purchases and rewarded ads.

We may add, change, or remove features, events, balance, recipes, stalls, regions, and other content. Cloud save, purchases, ads, and some live features need a network connection. Offline play can continue from the copy on your device, and that copy may not match the latest cloud save until you reconnect.

We do not promise that the Service will always be available, error-free, or unchanged. Maintenance, store requirements, and outages at providers such as Unity, Google, or Apple can interrupt it.

3. Accounts and cloud save

We do not ask you to create a profile with your name. The App signs you in with an anonymous Unity Gaming Services (UGS) Player ID.

Progress is stored on your device (an encrypted save and PlayerPrefs) and, when you are online, synced to Unity Cloud Save under that Player ID. Cloud save includes a progress blob (gameSave) and server-side premium balances (premiumBalances). Cloud Code uses those keys to grant purchases, ad rewards, and related gem or mail operations.

Linking Google Play Games or Sign in with Apple is optional, when that option is enabled in the App. If you link, we receive the account identifiers those services provide so we can restore progress on another device. Until you link, progress stays with the anonymous Player ID on that installation and its cloud save.

You are responsible for the device you play on and for any store account you use to link or pay. Do not share a linked store account if you do not want someone else to reach your progress.

You can delete the in-game account and the cloud save we control from Settings → Delete Account (two-step confirmation). You can also email privacy@thecrava.com. Deletion does not undo charges Google or Apple have already processed. The Privacy Policy explains what deletion covers and what may remain.

4. Virtual items and purchases

The App may include virtual currency and items, including gold, gems, and tickets, and entitlements such as No Ads and 2× gold. They exist only inside the App. They have no real-world cash value. They are licensed for use in the App: they are not your property, and they are not a stored-value or bank balance. Except where a store’s rules require otherwise, you cannot sell, transfer, or redeem them for money. We may change, rebalance, or retire them as we update the game.

Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We receive product identifiers, transaction tokens or receipts, and entitlement status so Cloud Code can verify the purchase and grant what you bought.

The price is shown by the store before you confirm. The store may add tax.

Purchases are generally non-refundable by CRAVA. Refunds and chargebacks are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies, not by us. If a store refunds or reverses a payment, we may remove the items or entitlements from that purchase.

If a purchase does not arrive, email hello@thecrava.com with your receipt or transaction ID and your Player ID (shown in Settings). We will check with the store and grant the items when the purchase is valid.

5. Advertising

The App shows ads through Google AdMob, including rewarded ads. A rewarded ad grants the in-game reward only after the ad network reports that the view completed.

Where the law requires a choice, including in the EEA, the UK, and similar regions, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) asks for consent before personalized ads. Advertising and AppsFlyer measurement start only after ads may be requested under UMP. You can change ad choices in your device settings.

If you have the No Ads entitlement, ads are removed as the App describes. That entitlement does not remove every notice the game itself shows, and it does not refund other purchases.

Do not farm ad rewards with fake views, automated taps, or similar schemes. If we detect that, we may withhold rewards or suspend access.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools, bots, scripts, or automation
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code, except where the law does not allow this restriction
  • Interfere with the Service, its servers, or other players
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone through the App or when you contact support
  • Commit fraud in connection with purchases, refunds, chargebacks, or ads
  • Sell, rent, or trade accounts, virtual items, or entitlements
  • Access the Service in a way that breaks applicable law or store rules

7. Intellectual property

CRAVA and its licensors own the App and its content, including the name PuppyKitchen, characters, art, audio, text, and software. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

While these Terms are in effect and you follow them, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play the App for your own non-commercial use.

Except for that license, or where the law does not allow this restriction, do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free play, or that saves and virtual items will never be lost.

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, CRAVA and its directors, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or virtual items, whether the claim is in contract, tort, or otherwise.

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability arising out of the App or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid CRAVA for the App in the three months before the claim and (b) SGD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that Singapore law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Some countries do not allow certain disclaimers or limits. In that case they apply only as far as the law allows, and you keep any rights that cannot be waived.

9. Changes, suspension, and ending access

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change. If you keep using the App after the updated Terms are posted, you accept the update. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete it.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it, including for maintenance, store requirements, security, or the end of the game. We will try to give notice in the App or on this page when a change is material. We may act without advance notice where that is needed to protect players or the Service.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if a store requires it, or if we need to stop abuse, fraud, or harm. You may stop playing at any time, and you may delete your account as described above.

When access ends, the license ends. Virtual items are forfeited, except where the law requires otherwise. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law — continue to apply.

If you obtain items or rewards by breaking these Terms, we may remove them and reverse those rewards.

10. Minors

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We set Google’s under-age-of-consent flag to false. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact privacy@thecrava.com and we will delete it.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian. That adult accepts these Terms for your use and is responsible for purchases on the device.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It forms part of these Terms. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy differ on a privacy question, the Privacy Policy controls.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms or the App. We may also seek urgent relief in another court where that is needed to protect intellectual property or to stop abuse.

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country, and under Singapore consumer-protection rules where they apply. These Terms do not take those rights away.

If a provision of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remains in effect.
